An early Christmas present for the Nigerians - Eba!!

The Nigerians are cheering and celebrating 'their' meal - EBA - not a favorite of all, but today it is Nigeria Day...the only day anyone gets to eat with their fingers - they tell me that it wouldn't taste good eating it with a fork...
Even the Americans 'tasted' it - good sports but you will notice the potatoes and chicken strips on their regular plate - and the fork...ha
