Brother Sam is our smiling maintenance manager holding one of the finer inventions that surely brings joy - and comfort - to all the Garden of Eden visitors. Returned Missionary, Temple sealed and father of one handsome future Zone Leader. He makes sure our water is safe to drink, our fleet is clean and safe and the building operates when 'called upon'.

Brother Ransferd ensures that every plate and utinsel we eat with is microbe clean and sterilized. He washes and scours our dishes, cleans the equipment and has nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone. He and his bride are going to the temple to be sealed on the 13th of September along with their two daughters and twins who have yet to make their worldy entry. He has invited us to accompany them to the temple. We have eaten 'from his kitchen and from his plates' for nearly two years and have yet to spend a horizontal day or one near the porclein caused by dirty dishes or bad food - probably an African record.

Chef Joseph is the Head Chef at the MTC. A returned missionary and also going to take his bride and brand new baby boy to the temple on the same day as Ransferd, 13th of September. He personifies a Happy Chef with his willing attitude and great smile. The 'never being sick from bad food or unclean kitchen' has a lot of to do with Joseph and his cooking crew.

Queen Gorginia is one of the two assistant Chef's and specializes in putting just one more scoop on every plate to ensure that no one loses weight while they live in the garden. She is the mother of Kezia, our African 'grandchild', and her husband is in America trying to finish a degree before he returns to his family - he has been gone several years and has yet to see his beautiful daughter - if he did, he would return quickly - with or without a degree - and not miss watching and helping this beauty grow up into Miss Ghana - some things in life are too precious to miss.

Princess and pregnant Hannah, also one of the assistant Chef's. She is a returned missionary having served in Nigeria, married Issac Morrison, a very bright, educated, proactive returned missionary in the temple a few months ago. He was one of our very best teachers. They are expecting in January their first. A powerful couple who change the world wherever they work and serve.

Sister Dadson, her daughter (who lives with her family in North Dakota - US Military - met at Ricks College) and three of her grandchildren. Sister Dadson is the Contractor who controls the food and kitchen for the Garden of Eden. The kitchen crew work for her. She and her husband are former mission Presidents in Nigeria and very prominant church members and leaders.
